Final Fantasy Origins (a special package of both the original Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy II) (released in North America on 1n 1990) were remade by Sony for PlayStation. They feature new cinematic videos, opening themes, event scenes, including updated versions of original event sequences and improved graphics and sound quality. Together, the two titles created the foundation of the series. Many sequels have been released worldwide and sold more than 42 million units.
